What is PRIorI?

PRIorI - PRotein-PRotein InteractiOn gRaph Isomorfism - provides a way to explore protein-protein contact from PDB structures stored in bipartite graphs and easily visualize this content. Besides that, PRIorI allows you to find similar graphs among the database based on your input.

Our protein-protein interaction database was generated using ppiGReMLIN strategy to calculate the bipartite graphs, which are stored in a MongoDB collection.
